Overview
HR Advisor required for immediate start for a well-known, Global Retail Brand. Based in London with travel required to Cambridge once a week, you will work in partnership with the business and with key stakeholders. Client Details You will be working for a well-known Global Retail Brand. Description As HR Advisor for this well-known Global Retail Brand, you will provide professional people support on all aspects of people management as well as coaching line managers to develop their own capability. Key responsibilities will be as follows: Employee Relations Performance Management People Development Employee Health & Well-being Recruitment Policy & Procedures HR Administration Profile The successful HR Advisor will ideally have worked within Retail and have relevant knowledge of Employee Relations. You will need to be able to travel to Cambridge one day a week so flexibility is required. Key skills and attributes required: CIPD qualified Good working knowledge of UK Employment legislation Has the ability and confidence to work in a fast-paced organisation Proactive approach to problem solving Written and verbal skills to be able to communicate with a diverse customer group Generalist People experience within an SME Hands-on approach Job Offer This HR Advisor role based in London (with one day a week in Cambridge) is a permanent opportunity.
