Overview
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a leading global retail group that have an opportunity for a Benefits Manager to join the HR team. As a Benefits Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including: Leading on the company's benefits strategy across the UK and Ireland Working closely with third party providers / brokers to negotiate benefits and provide a competitive benefits offering Working on harmonising and streamlining the benefits offering across the different brands within the company Looking at introducing a new benefits platform Overseeing the pensions offering We are looking for someone with a strong background in benefits, who has ideally come from a shared services background and is comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
