Overview
Independent, boutique financial recruitment consultancy seek an experienced consultant to join their team and focus on assignments with salaries in the £50,000 - £150,000 range. We are looking for experienced consultants - either specialising in permanent or temporary recruitment. You will have 2-20 years experience in financial recruitment and will be able to demonstrate the ability to build networks with both candidates and clients, develop business and make placements. This is a hands-on, 360 role. We operate in a collegiate-style where we confer, discuss, advise and help, but ultimately we want individuals with the talent and desire to develop their own business. Ideally you will be able to bring your contacts with you and "hit the ground running". You will benefit from roles and leads that come into the business, but you must be an individual who can seek out opportunities to build your network and make introductions. This role will suit someone who is an experienced recruiter; someone who knows what they are doing and has a proven track-record of success; someone who is looking for an opportunity where they can build their own business in their own way. We are looking for people who can build relationships with candidates and clients, meet them in person, visit company sites, offerconsultative advice and ultimately make high-quality placements and win repeat business. In return you will receive a generous salary and a market-leading commission structure. You will also recieve far greater flexibility in terms of working methods, structures and hours. We do not want to count your calls or measure your activity; we are not interested in how early or late you are in the office.
