Overview

We are currently looking for an HR Transformation Manager to lead in the delivery of an improved HR service for employees. You will have the opportunity to deliver essential changes and projects to improve our shared service HR function adding personality and value to the service as a whole. As the HR Transformation Manager, you will collaborate with employees across the organisation to understand their needs for the HR service and work to meet their needs by implementing effective solutions and projects. Deliverables and Responsibilities As the HR Transformation Manager, you will be tasked with: Taking a review of the current situation and develop a roadmap and vision of how HR service will look for the next 5 years Developing a plan of works considering our policies, systems and contact channels and developing solutions and initiatives to bring these plans to life Managing change projects from start to finish and developing a change culture and methodology to ensure our changes are effectively implemented. Delivering essential changes to employee experience and enhancing HR service levels The HR Transformation Manager will be responsible for managing a small team. You will provide coaching and mentoring to develop the overall capability of the HR Service. Skills and Experience Required The successful applicant to the HR Transformation Manager post will have: Experience leading and developing HR Service Centres in previous posts with experience in process design and transformation of HR Services Experience of using Project Management methodologies, such as Lean and Agile, to ensure successful project delivery The ability to advocate for business changes and deliver compelling presentations and business cases to senior stakeholders A strong understanding of HR best practices, process and systems An excellent work ethic with a real desire to make positive changes and drive improvements using innovation and collaboration to help us achieve our goals.
