Role: Internal Recruitment Manager - IT/financial Services Recruitment Agency Salary: £35,000 - 50,000 Uncapped Bonus per hire & Incentives Located: Farringdon, London My client is looking to hire an Internal Recruiter to support their Head of People. You'll have a very varied role which will encompass you headhunting and networking for Recruiters at all levels of experience across IT, Financial Services & Banking and various other disciplines. You'll also work with the internal stakeholders to create marketing campaigns to promote their brand, set-up events and develop partnerships with R2R's. They have devised an awesome bonus structure per hire: - Trainee Recruiter/Graduate £1000, Recruitment Consultant £2000 and anything Senior Consultant and above will be paid at £3,000.
