Overview

Our client, an award winning international accounting firms, is seeking a Global Ethics and Independence Senior Manager to be based in their London office. You will have oversight for ethics and independence policies, procedures and tools. The role will support the firm to implement policies, procedures and be responsible for monitoring activities, identifying and addressing knowledge gaps and proactively enhancing systems and procedures. The role will involve interaction with senior leadership across the world and executive level personnel. The individual will serve as an ambassador for ethics and independence. The role offers the opportunity for a varied and exciting workload and the successful candidate will have responsibility for complex ethics and independence compliance projects and for enhancing ethics and independence knowledge and compliance throughout the firm. Experience needed: Previous experience working in an Ethics & Independence function Strong project management skills and the ability to balance a varied workload Be ACA qualified or equivalent professional qualification An experienced senior manager with strong communication, leadership and analytics skills A good team player
