Recruitment Consultant - (Perms) - up to £30k comm - this independent recruitment agency is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team of 6 to further develop their market presence. Covering Permanent recruitment you will work closely with the company Director to support growth of their Not-for-Profit sector. The Director will be managing most of the new business sales and needs an experienced Recruiter to manage and develop these accounts. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is exceptional at delivery and account development. Working in a relaxed and entrepreneurial environment you will have lots of autonomy so you need to be a proactive Recruitment Consultant who can drive your own activity. The company has a low staff turnover and suits those wishing to escape the corporate structures. PACKAGE -Recruitment Consultant - Not-for-Profit A salary of up to £30k (neg) depending on experience Uncapped commission structure, incentives & bonus Flexible working Commission up to 20% of billings Lots of autonomy and responsibility REQUIREMENTS - Recruitment Consultant - Not-for-Profit You need to have at least 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally running a successful Perms desk - however, Temp experience will also be considered The ability to work alone with little guidance but full support from the management team A focused, committed and trustworthy individual with strong work ethics Able to think on your feet, offer solutions and look for business opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a great opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is ready for a fresh challenge with an independent recruitment agency.
