HR/Recruitment Administrator – 3 month FTC contract IMMEDIATE START INCREDIBLE OPPORTUNITY SUPPORTING A FANTASTIC TEAM This role will be based from a busy Bedford office location Salary: £8.92 - £9.55ph This is a fantastic opportunity working for an amazing, busy team. This role is a fixed term contract for 3 month’s initially, providing admin and clerical support to a busy HR & Recruitment function. Hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities - Provide clerical support to the HR Team as and when required i.e. mail merge, excel spreadsheets. - To undertake any other typing or ad hoc administrative duties as required. - To assist with the filing and retrieve of documents - To assist with the scanning of files and documents - To reproduce and collate documents using photocopier and other machines. - To be responsible for filing and retrieving documents as required. - To assist will pulling the leavers PR files and logging ready for dispatch. - To answer telephone calls and pass on telephone messages as required. - To take responsibility for postal duties within the team Person Specification - Excellent administration skills with knowledge of Word, Excel and mail merge ideally - Strong communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure - High level of organisational skills - A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude Email:
