Overview

Role: Customer Service Advisor (B2B) Location: Stockport, Greater Manchester Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 Hours: 9am - 5:30pm (mon-fri) PLEASE NOTE: You MUST hold a CLEAN FULL UK DRIVERS LICENSE and have access to OWN TRANSPORT Responsibilities: Handling incoming customer service requests via telephone, email and occasional customer visits Processing orders and making changes to customer accounts Solving problems and offering advice Creating reports and analysing billing data, identifying and correcting anomalies Making proactive contact with customers to ensure service levels are high e.g. after key events Nurturing and developing relationships with customers to facilitate long-term retention Liaising with colleagues across all business functions to gain oversight on the full picture of activities to drive and support effective collaboration Processing contract renewals Identifying upsell / cross-sell and referral opportunities Administration and maintaining accurate records in internal systems Experience: B2B customer service / account management background ideally in a SME business environment Has had structured customer service / account management training Working within technology context Computer literate - MS Office Suite, strong on excel Good standard of general education (9 GCSE's grade A-C or equivalent) Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle Please note: Cordant People are an equal opportunities employer Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
