Overview
Altum Consulting are pleased to be partnering with a FTSE Listed real estate business in their search for a Financial Controller. The role will be based in their Surrey office, supporting the Finance Director and Head of Finance to provide accurate reporting and management of company accounts, along with other key financial and business metrics. Key Responsibilities, Co-ordinate the month-end process and production of monthly board pack Analysis of monthly WIP Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports Overhead cost analysis Prepare internal VAT returns Manage relevant group policies Assist with the preparation of financial and regulatory information for internal and external audit purposes Required skills and experience, Fully qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) At least 3 years PQE experience in a similar role Team management experience Good organisational skills Hands-on approach
