Our Milton Keynes based client is looking for an organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. Position: Executive Assistant Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Salary: DOE The job will involve… - Overseeing the administration team, setting priorities and allocating responsibility - Assisting with any cover required due to staff holiday or sickness - Producing letters, reports and presentations - Monitoring, logging and chasing commission payments, purchase invoices, staff expenses, company credit cards statements and receipts and liaise with company accountants - Creating and maintaining job descriptions, staff movements, holiday and sickness, personnel forms, clients forms and policies and procedures - Training and mentoring new members of staff - Sorting incoming/outgoing post, ordering office supplies and arranging office maintenance - Taking ownership of some compliance responsibilities within the company The Person will… - Have some experience of working in a similar role - Have a professional and efficient manner about them - Possess excellent presentation and organisational skills - Communicate in a clear and friendly way - Work in a confidential and discreet manner with a degree of autonomy - Have the ability to manage their own workload efficiently - Respond quickly to requests - Possess excellent attention to details and some experience of problem solving - Have a flexible approach to their work whilst using their own initiative.
