£50,000-£60,000 p/a package benefits Project Manager (Cleanrooms) Project Manager required for D&B Contractor - Cleanrooms / Laboratories I am recruiting on behalf of a highly prestigious client who are winning major, yet niche projects across the UK. Based in Scotland, they are now winning more work on the South Coast. They now have an exciting opportunity for somebody to join on a full time basis as a Project Manager covering oxford and Swindon areas. They specialise in the commercial sector, mainly new facilities and research labs. This client is highly reputable and the salary can be negotiated between £50,000-£60,000 p/a packages benefits. You will be placed at pre-construction stage, going through all the plans and designs of the project. You will liaise with the client, site manager and QS assigned to the project. You will be working from Monday-Friday to 8 hour days, based on sites in Oxford and Swindon. Day to day duties include completing RAMS, keeping to budget, establish new suppliers locally that could benefit project, draft the contract, client liaison, deliver on time, planning the project and setting the goals. You must have extensive knowledge within project management, in particular million pound projects within the commercial sector. Ideally experience in research labs and testing facilities (desired but not essential). You must have a qualification relevant to project management and be well versed in communication skills to clients and your commercial manager. You must be very organised and detailed in planning, with experience of completing projects to deadline and within budget.
