Overview
Orka Financial is working with a growing global business based in Maidenhead to recruit a Finance Business Partner. The business has enjoyed steady growth both organically and through a number of acquisitions and provides a fast paced, progressive environment for an ambitious commercially minded accountant to build a career. This role will offer exposure to senior stakeholders throughout the business and allow the successful candidate to take ownership of a number of business areas driving the bottom line and really adding value. Duties include; · Report monthly, quarterly and annual results with review & analysis of key trends · Support the forecasting and budgeting processes · Report business performance to the leadership team · Provide management information including weekly sales by business unit and customer, margin analysis, cost analysis such as marketing investment and departmental cost performance · Assist with the accounting month end re journals, reconciliations and the management accounts · Support the development and continuous improvement of financial planning models and ensure all models are fully documented with explanatory notes Profile: - The role requires someone who is qualified (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with proven experience in a finance role, preferably analytical. - You will have the ability to problem solve and provide solutions. - You will be able to drive and support process and system improvements and be a strong communicator. - This is a role that someone can really make their own. Salary: £52,000 - £60,000 bonus benefits
