We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Consultant to join our family. Based in our office at the Construction Logistics Centre (Heathrow), we are interested in hearing from self-motivated, results-driven consultants who thrive working in a challenging and fast-paced environment, all whilst accurately manging the administration that goes behind every hire. Some previous links or experience in the Aviation industry will be ideal, however not essential. Therefore, interest and desire to learn in this field are crucial and full training in the industry will be given. As a Resourcing Consultant, you will work closely with Senior HRBP's and hiring managers to provide subject matter expertise and advice on the most appropriate sourcing and selection methodologies. With increased technology, the functional responsibilities focus on the design, management, and delivery of recruitment campaigns. You will be focussing on all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle including workforce planning, sourcing, selection and assessment, and employee brand. Responsibilities will include: Filling high volumes of roles to agreed timescales, whilst providing the highest standard of service. Building a quality relationship with internal customers and provide regular management information to HR, Managers and Executive Board on recruitment activity through agreed KPIs and metrics but with an overall focus on how the recruitment team impacts employee turnover and salary budgets. Building close working links and strong business relationships with senior managers to understand their future recruitment needs and offer proactive solutions. Monitoring the cost and effectiveness of all sourcing channels using this intelligence to advise customers on the most appropriate and cost-effective sourcing channels for their recruitment needs. Develop a range of sourcing channels, to attract and engage with prospective applicants including social media, career fairs and recruiting events. Writing advert copy, drafting and placing adverts, working closely with Communications to promote and advertise jobs through the use of social media. Creating talent pools of candidates to match the right candidate to the vacancy. Supporting Managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with the requisition process and that there are suitable processes in place to ensure all documentation relating to candidates or vacancies is recorded and can be recalled. Receiving and reviewing applications, carrying out initial screening and creating a shortlist of candidates for the hiring Manager. Arranging interviews, designing and supporting assessment centres. Developing a good understanding of the range of Wilson James clients to ensure suitable candidates are identified, including work culture, industry and environment. Essential Skills Solid recruitment experience delivering a range of varied and business-driven solutions in a fast-paced environment, with experience within volume recruitment highly desirable. Ability to manage and report on current and closed vacancies using Excel. Previous experience developing both recruitment and sourcing strategies. Extensive experience using and researching a range of advertising avenues. Previous experience using an ATS would be an advantage. Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Good admin and IT skills, including word and excel. Driving licence with the ability to travel to your place of work and other Wilson James offices as and when required.
