Overview

Central Employment are working with a long standing marketing services client, as they look to appoint an Artworker on a fixed term contract (12 months). The company are market leaders and are part of national PLC, offering bespoke marketing solutions and services. This role is an opportunity to join a dynamic team within an expanding technology driven company. You will facilitate the upload and ongoing management of variable templates supporting the company’s web-to-print systems. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Understanding and interpreting both client and internal briefs. Liaise with account handlers and clients alike to assist in the efficient translation of work from concept to launch. Ensuring that the expectations of the client are met by keeping to agreed Service levels Checking the integrity of all supplied files and information. Using the most appropriate software to build a template solution that will fulfil all of the criteria laid out in the clients’ brief Upload and testing of templates. Effective communication with account handlers and clients to support the on-going management of templates, accounts & systems. Maintain and understand of all technologies, processes and platforms used within the department, software’s include: Pageflex, Adobe CC, Microsoft and the introduction of Customer Canvass Knowledge, Skills and abilities required The ability to work to tight deadlines within a technical studio environment primarily using a PC (with some MAC exposure). Demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, liaising with account handlers and offering second line customer support. Must be articulate, an understanding of print would be an advantage but not essential Excellent organizational skills and demonstrate time management with the ability to multi-task, prioritise work, and make decisions quickly and independently Manage full workload keeping within service levels and KPI’s A knowledge of Web to print technologies
