The company is a world leader in the growing niche market of automotive electronics; with our 11 remanufacturing hubs situated in Europe and the Americas we are now looking for an experienced In House Recruiter to lead our Recruitment function and create a small team. Currently we employ 90 people globally and use direct sourcing as our preferred method of recruitment. We have now come to the conclusion we need to improve our candidate attraction strategy and owing to the niche nature of our business would like to expand our own in house recruitment department to recruit at all levels in particular senior positions. The Boring bit We need an organised, hands on individual who has proven results in recruiting. You will have extensive experience in direct recruitment methods. We would like you to forge relationships with colleges and universities and build an employer brand to target specialist roles . A history of filling senior level positions is a must.
