ROLE SUMMARY TPCi is looking to make use of new strategic opportunities in order to continue to grow and develop the number of commercial venues taking part in the Play! Pokemon grassroots programs. Working as part of the Play! Retail Development team based in the London office, and reporting to the Manager, Organised Play, we are looking for someone to drive and manage these initiatives and deliver excellent levels of quantifiable engagement. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Supporting the Play! Retail Development team including the following: * Responsible for and collaborating cross-departmentally (e.g. Sales, Localisation and Customer Service) on: * Onboarding and development of (new) commercial venues including administration of background check, performance tracking and customer relationship management * Administrative support for handling and logistics of Prerelease, League Challenge and League Cup programs * Provide and maintain up-to-date documentation and customer-facing wording for customer service team in European languages * Investigate, document and follow-up on retail program policy violations with internal and external stakeholders * Responsible for the successful development of the Play! Pokemon grassroots programs in our core market Germany including management of local store recruitment vendor. Working on other selected markets like the Nordics to drive projects in order to grow the program focusing on the following areas: * Expanding the hobby store network * Development and project management of B2B events and activities * Training of vendor staff and process documentation for recruitment activities * Work on planning and operation of recurring Retail activities like Retailer Days or Store Tours in Germany, the Nordics and selected other markets: * Cost and resource planning * Scheduling and preparation of each activity * Detailed reporting and follow-up * Liaison with key community and professional stakeholders to promote the Play! Pokemon grassroots programs and frequently attending international events of the industry: * International Vendors * Resellers & Retailers * Pokemon Professors KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Knowledge of retail development and/or grassroots play retention programs * A great salesperson, coordinator, organiser and presenter who can effectively and efficiently manage projects and engage with people * Experience in B2B sales & project management * Ability to analyse and present information in concise overviews * Highly numerate and goal oriented * Business fluent English and German required, further European language(s) desirable * Fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) EDUCATION * University Graduate degree * Marketing or Sales qualifications desirable ENVIRONMENT This role is based at our Office in Chiswick Park, London, and requires frequent international travel.
