Overview
Title: Mandarin Speaking Business Development Manager Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Basic up to £50K basic plus bonus The Company Our client is setting up their London team and looking for consultative and commercially minded Business Development Managers to join them. They help clients from traditional industries to go through digital transformation by providing AI solutions. It will be a great opportunity to work with top talents in the industry and be part of the exciting process to grow the company in the UK and Europe. Responsibilities Identify and develop new business in designated region and industry (manufacturing, agriculture, retail, etc.) to gain greater market share; Convert new business leads to meaningful business relationships and successfully closing; Work closely with internal team to develop services and products to satisfy needs of clients; Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders at executive and c-levels; Manage and deliver end-to-end consultative sales process. Requirements Minimum 5 years' relevant experience from professional service organisations; Business development experience in related industries such as manufacturing, agriculture and retail; Experience in project management and delivery; Familiar with AI and Machine Learning; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin).
