Overview
A design and interior client based in the heart of London's Westend is seeking a Marketing Assistant on a temp to perm basis, paying up to £25,00 per annum plus an excellent benefits package, to join their fast paced and ambitious London team. Due to the temp to perm nature of this position all candidates applying must be immediately available to interview and start. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative marketeer to step into a role where you not only get involved in supporting and delivering on a mixture of projects but will also include the organisation and delivery of company wide events. With a 50-50 split of events and marketing. Duties will include, but not limited to the following: Assisting the Head of brand with creating marketing campaigns, direct mailers and branded materials Assisting with external and internal events, including logistics, venue sourcing, guestlists, speakers etc. Managing company CRM systems, updating mailer lists and the company image library Contribute to marketing and branding projects as well as taking ownership of special one-off projects The company are seeking a grad calibre candidate ideally with marketing and events experience. You will be tech savvy with a good understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft office packages. With the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, being able to multi-task and prioritise on a day to day basis.
