Whitezip are a fast-growing online marketing and software development agency focused on managing and creating multiple global brands within the I-Gaming industry. Whitezip pride themselves on a fun and laid-back atmosphere, tempered by a strong desire to succeed and excel within a very competitive, dynamic sector. The Retention team need talented individuals who can help drive forward Retention operations in Germany (you must be fluent in German) , with the goal of maximizing the revenue of existing and new customer acquisitions. As a Retention Executive you will manage your own portfolio of digital marketing campaigns, including email, SMS and push notifications. You will liaise with Team Leads and various stakeholders in order to align Retention and company goals. Key responsibilities include taking on a market, identifying trends and analysing data to create effective marketing campaigns that result in company profitability. The role is three-fold: Campaign Management: Delivery of several hundred multi-channel campaigns within an allocated marketing Analysis: Measuring and optimising campaign performance within a market in order to maximise profitability using company set KPIs Innovation Requirements: Fluent in German, with a working understanding of the German mindset A strong passion for data and analytically minded Exceptionally accurate with outstanding attention to detail Excellent workload management and organisational skills Administration A positive, upbeat personality with a can-do attitude Able to understand and adapt to market trends
