Business Development Executive Nottingham Salary up to £25k DOE Bonus Our client is serious about changing the face of their business by diversifying into ever growing markets. To help achieve this, we're seeking a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team from their Nottingham operation. You'll be an integral member of the team supporting the wider UK Sales operation from your base. You'll be required to research good effective business opportunities using all available digital platforms. From this, you'll provide valuable leads into the Business Development Managers. Your success will be measured on the revenue brought in from your business development activity. The Role Establish relevant contact with prospective clients Understand prospects' needs and looking for buying signals through honest and open discussions with decision makers Identify new business opportunities, generate leads and secure appointments Ensure companies are researched, contacted and monitored with accurate call-backs scheduled Keep prospect data up-to-date and relevant, identify key decision makers and ensure that target organisations and contacts are recorded. Be involved in daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required The Candidate You'll be experienced in developing a Business portfolio/leads through digital and telephone contact. Be tenacious, resilient, motivated by success with drive and ambition to succeed. Strong communicator, both verbal and written Good level of IT skills Demonstrate enthusiasm to achieve positive results Demonstrate flexibility to get the job done Monday - Friday
