Marketing Director London £40k-£60k (OTE from £100,000) VR065 Our client is an international content production agency with offices in London, New York, Frankfurt and Berlin. Due to client successes they are now looking for an experienced Marketing Director to join the team. Combining over 30 years of experience in marketing, content creation, video production and publishing, the team have been providing thought-provoking content working with major brands. As Marketing Director, you will be representing one of the most well-known and globally operating video production companies. Responsibilities as a Marketing Director Heading up a team of 4, setting marketing plans, strategies and targets for your team. You will be hands on and enthusiastic with business acumen and confidence to over-deliver on campaigns for your clients. You will be working closely with the senior management team in order to orchestrate marketing plans for some of the company’s biggest clients, selling marketing services that will generate revenue. You will be using a variety of marketing techniques in order to deliver expectations of the client including: Social media advertising, paid search advertising, email and other platforms you deem necessary to ensure longevity and success with the client. Skills and Experience You will have enjoyed previous success with marketing either within an agency environment or an office environment as Head of or Managing the marketing team. At least 5 years of marketing experience, including digital and native. Minimum of 2 years as a Marketing Manager. Creative, passionate and well-driven. You will be able to build and implement a marketing campaign from scratch. The ability to think outside the box and over-deliver on campaign results.
