The Job The London team is small in numbers but highly profitable with potential to grow the team over the coming years. At the businesses current stage, you’ll get to work alongside and learn from leading industry professionals at close quarters. Supporting the CRO, you will get involved in all aspects of account management. Specifically: Managing and optimising current advertising campaigns to achieve best possible revenue and customer satisfaction outcomes Working closely with international account management teams to determine best practices for account management Working with credit control to manage customer payments schedule Represent the business through communications and through attending customer meetings and events Become a knowledge leader on digital performance marketing. You’ll learn about DSP - A demand-side platform is a system that allows buyers of digital advertising inventory to manage multiple ad exchange and data exchange accounts through one interface. You’ll get exposure to the businesses affiliate network and advertising network and how to secure business with both. You’ll assist in taking over the day to day partner network, ultimately learning how to take care of the commercial proposition to new clients. Once you’re up to speed with how the business work and your role within it, you’ll be travelling across the globe to conferences informing businesses about the benefits of your business. As the role develops, you’ll be given the responsibility and autonomy to work flexibly and will travel to China (to the company’s HQ) at least once per year. Organised and responsible - able to set a working structure (and stick to it). Confident communicator, able to build rapport with international clients.
