Overview

I am currently recruiting for a Delivery Officer to work at my client, a forward thinking public sector organisation based in the Sheffield City Centre. Your role will be to support the functional leadership of the department and their activities, third party contractors, special delivery projects and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The key activity and responsibilities of the role are • To support the work programme of the delivery team • Day to day oversight, management and administration of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Provide information, advice and guidance to all staff and third-party contractors in the CRM operating system and how it should be utilised for organisation purposes. Including but not limited to user guides, face to face and over the phone. • Regular liaison with, and KPI / performance monitoring of all third party contractors delivering advice and guidance to businesses in the region. • Development and coordination of branded delivery projects, developed with both internal and external colleagues and partnerships • To build and maintain excellent working relationships with key intermediary partners and Local Authority delivery teams. • Any other relevant duties and responsibilities as may arise. To support the undertaking of this work, we are looking for the successful candidate to have the following experience • Line management or matrix management of a team – preferably working to achieve KPI’s • Utilising, updating and administration of a pre-designed CRM system to good effect. • Developing, coordinating and delivering projects, services or initiatives to a high level of quality • Building and maintaining productive relationships with stakeholders – both internally within, and external to the organisation. • Evidential experience and self-management of a varied and demanding workload This role is initially for 6 months with a possible extension of a further 6 months afterwards. An attractive hourly rate of £18.08 is on offer (£34,788) and the hours of work are full time Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Please apply today for the change of an immediate interview.
