Overview
This is a great opportunity to join our Retention Team based in Canary Wharf - You will be able to develop both strong offline and online marketing campaign strategies and implement these for our operation. - You will drive the creation of rolling and retailer specific promotional plans & their effective implementation, working closely with both the Sales and Marketing Teams, plus key customer and agency contacts. · You will produce a monthly marketing review detailing promotional, detailed RoI analysis and recommendations. · You will develop strong working relationships with the product teams to ensure the launch of all new promotions and any other initiatives that meet commercial requirements. · You will provide essential support for the Sales and Marketing teams in terms of report formulation, presentation development and merchandising. · You will support the Senior Management team in other initiatives such as insight generation & stores support activity. · You will identify target markets against marketing objectives and plan campaigns accordingly. · You will be responsible for database segmentation and have the strategic ability to analyse data and create compelling insights. · You will use these insights to target both existing and new customers and deliver creative marketing campaigns online & offline. · You will be responsible for delivering a suite of management reports covering all marketing activities including CPA analysis and ROI Key Relationships · Internal-Head of Retention / CVM, Digital team, Product Managers, IT, Sales Team. · External- Retailers, Agencies, Customers, Potential Customers
