Flexible working and stunning water-front offices. We’re on the look out for a Digital Experience Manager to join a leading financial services company in the heart of Bristol. However, this is a small client-side business but with a fast paced and ambitious ‘agency-like’ feel. What you’ll be doing You’ll have 2 content designers and 2 UX/UI executives reporting into you. This role may also include line management/liaison with the SEO Manager. You’ll be hands-on using User Research and analytics to review web design, shape decisions and direct content. As well as managing your team, effective stakeholder management will be key. The business has conducted user research (eye tracking & heat mapping) but are yet to have discussions about iterative research beyond analytics. This is all good stuff to explore at interview. This role would suit a digital all-rounder who can understand users, use data to shape decisions, create/direct content, and who’s able to communicate this convincingly to business stakeholders. A bonus if you have some hands-on experience in UI design, user experience or content. You won’t find slow processes or long hierarchy ladders here. Specialist knowledge in either UI, Content or UX. ? Journey mapping and User focused design. ? Proven track record in Digital Experience. ? Portfolio with evidence of the above.
