Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Fast Track Programme Sector: Aviation, Engineering, Tech, Digital Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £20k - OTE £35k Start Date: ASAP I am currently recruiting for an incredible technical recruitment business based in Manchester City Centre that specialise in a wide rage of exciting sectors. They have been around since 2015 and have massively expanded into the European market. They are now looking for ambitious graduates who are looking to kick-start their recruitment career and that are hungry to make a lot of money You do not need ay previous experience within recruitment The Role Sourcing candidates via applications, job sites and through LinkedIn Conducting both phone and face to face interviews Generating business leads via LinkedIn and through research Building rapport and developing relationships with key decision makers High volume of calls to assess candidates As with any recruitment role, you will be working towards targets, earning huge commission and focusing on working towards promotions As your role develops, you should except more responsibility.
