Profiles Creative are working with a QSR brand with a difference An established brand and a leader in their market they have recently set up a new office in London and are currently going through massive growth and expansion as a business and as a team Because of this expansion they are looking to hire into the marketing team for a pivotal role that is integral to the team The Assistant CRM & Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the Head of Marketing supporting strategy for delivering impactful multi-channel offline and online media campaigns covering customer experience and brand touch points including website, mobile app, Kiosk, delivery and ongoing CRM platforms. The Role: Using best practices in marketing, digital media and data technology, you will implement the path of digital transformation within the global and regional framework. You'll provide insight and expertise to marketing initiatives for the business. You will support the solution-shaping technology and requirements for the brand, whilst also actively seeking out new trends and identify opportunities from data. You keep abreast of the competitive environment understanding consumer trends, helping the design, content development and marketing approaches to sustain campaigns across CRM, display media, app and kiosks. The Candidate: A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar Digital Marketing role, working in QSR/restaurants/retail/hospitality - Experience of working with Franchisee Partners highly desirable. Experience with CRM, mobile apps and website marketing. Technically savvy with demonstrable success in managing multi-channel digital campaigns and CRM platforms. . Experience of measuring and analysing data to build a picture of campaign performance and ROI. . Strong project manager who has excellent attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Confidently able to work on own initiative and action oriented. Collaborative partner to internal and external customers. A mind-set which demonstrates a comfort with testing, learning and optimising.
