INSIGHT ANALYST LONDON £45,000-£55,000 BONUS BENEFITS THE COMPANY This company is a customer engagement agency with a focus on providing insight to their clients on the full customer lifecycle and behaviour. THE ROLE As an Insight Analyst, you will be involved with the continued development of the company as well as leading client projects. Some of your main responsibilities will be: Present insight to stakeholders. Keep up to date with market trends and best-practice, ensuring skills and knowledge is up to date. Analyse customer data using SQL. Creating customer segmentation, clusters and churn models in Python or R. Manage client expectations and client projects. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE A successful Insight Analyst will have: Intermediate to advanced SQL. Strong communication skills and ability to build and develop relationships with both internal and external clients. Highly numerate, a degree qualification in either a Mathematics or Statistics degree. Ability to translate technical data to be easily understood by non-technical minds. Knowledge of R/ Python.
