Overview

Marketing Manager - Italian Speaker Savant are sourcing for an Italian Speaking Marketing Manager for our client, a market leading service business based in the Thames Valley. The role will be to establish a country marketing plan and co-marketing plans with key partners, as well as implement those to effectively support regional business goals. Marketing Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Developing, executing, managing and measuring integrated annual marketing communications plans to excite the market, drive revenue, retain existing customers, engage new customers and ultimately amplify the brand. Within those plans, create and manage multichannel campaigns and programs from conception to completion, with a clear drive towards delivering high quality, 'sales ready' leads. Collaborating strongly with sales and key partners in the region to translate sales objectives into marketing plans, developing impactful marketing and co-marketing plans to drive new conversations and new customers, monitoring results closely. Developing a deep understanding of the target markets within your region through own research; event attendance; customer, sales, and partner interaction; engagement with social media channels; and competitor analysis. Working alongside Technical marketing managers, and global marketing for your target campaigns and programs, clearly identify the business challenges. Content types will likely include Thought Papers & Articles, Emails, In-person Seminars/Events, Webinars, Videos, Case Studies, Win Stories, Web Copy ,Blogs and Infographics. Responsible for the quality of contact data in CRM via data purchases, cleansing and/or profiling, supported by a strong understanding of GDPR. Build and maintain a close working relationship with external agencies and suppliers to support the delivery of objectives. Monitoring leading and lagging indicators of strong marketing performance, assessing ROI and associated monthly metrics regularly, in line with key metrics within our Global Marketing Scorecard The ideal Marketing Manager: A digital savvy marketer with strong B2B experience, working with both direct and indirect sales channels Proven experience in message development, copywriting, copy editing. This would include creation and adaptation of materials (banners, flyers etc.) to support EMEA- specific campaigns, if not delivered by the Worldwide Team A persuasive communicator able to build the case for change and the adoption of new concepts with stakeholders Able to work effectively in a matrix organisation, with a confident and enthusiastic manner and a strong motivation to succeed Budget management and Cost-effectiveness, including cost per lead, cost per sale and conversion rates Previous knowledge and experience on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) The full suite of marketing tools including PR, advertising, direct mail, social, telemarketing, events, exhibitions and digital Must be adept in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint Strong experience of CRM & Marketing automation tools A working knowledge of DemandBase and PathFactory ideal
