Business Excellence Manager (Marketing) - Competitive Salary Benefits Bracknell, Berkshire Role Purpose This is an excellent new opportunity for you to promote and improve the organisational effectiveness of the Human Pharma division by working in partnership with stakeholders to achieve Human Pharma objectives Marketing. Role Description In this role, you will lead the design, continuous development and implementation of initiatives relevant to the function you are aligned to (Marketing or Sales), as well as regularly monitor, evaluate and adapt the interventions in order to support the needs of the business, customers and patients. Working as a business partner, the Business Excellence Manager will define and redefine best practice, identify capability gaps and shape the L&D Cycle. Working as a change agent you would introduce new tools and/or design new processes by turning data into insights and providing feedback and recommendations for change and optimisation of the business potential. Candidate Requirements There is high visibility across the business within this role, so strong communication and relationship building skills are essential, coupled with up to date NHS knowledge, as well as ensuring that all activities comply with relevant legal requirements, ethical standards, ABPI (PMPCA) and IPHA regulations. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with a strategic thinking, analytical and project management skills, coupled with change management and problem solving skills. What we offer?
