Summary of the Job Are you looking to join a collaborative marketing team and take your career to the next step? Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the role of the Senior Marketing Executive is to help support the end-to-end marketing function, focusing on building brand awareness and driving sales pipeline activity. If you like variety and the opportunity to get involved in lots of different projects on an international basis, this could be perfect role for you. The role will have great scope for working across multiple areas including lead generation, campaign management, database management, events, sales enablement activities, content creation and communications. Responsibilities Support and help Implement globally initiated and locally initiated campaigns within the assigned region. To support, and where appropriate, manage events within the schedule for the region To work on sales enablement activities to identify and create (in conjunction with the global creative services team) local marketing collateral and content as required. To work with sales team members and other internal resource to ensure that marketing programmes are effectively targeted and implemented and to monitor and report on progress and outputs. Assist with the creation and distribution of a quarterly customer newsletter. Manage and create customer emails and communications as required and distribute through a centralised communications platform. Assist with the coordination and management of activities with outside marketing consultants and PR agencies. Write copy; develop content and proof read marketing materials including press releases, white papers, webinars presentations and sales materials. Identify and recommend marketing opportunities to help promote the company's brand and solutions. Participate in the development of marketing plans To proactively provide research, analysis and recommendations for future marketing programmes and competitor comparison. Skills required Strong ability to think strategically but also operate tactically. A highly motivated and enthusiastic hands on marketer who can embrace a 'no two days are the same' approach and who is willing to contribute across the full marketing mix. We don't need you to be an expert in every area of marketing but someone who can see the value marketing can add to all areas of the business. A brand ambassador who will proudly help own and develop the brand within dedicated areas of the global company. A confident communicator who is able to clearly and concisely work across all levels of the business and across multiple countries. Creative mind-set - someone who is able to think outside the box to suggest and deliver projects and activities in new ways to stay ahead of the curve. The ability to multi-task, sometimes within tight timeframes, is essential alongside solid organisational skills. Willingness to collaborate - working as part of a global marketing team and also across multiple areas, a willingness to be a team player is essential. A curious approach with the desire to learn and expand knowledge to continually evolve marketing approach and activities. Excellent written communication skills.
