Operations Manager (Product) | FinTech Scale-up | London The Company: Harmonic Group are very excited to be partnering with an ultra-high growth fintech scale-up who have seen c.50% growth YoY and have no intentions of slowing down anytime soon After scaling up rapidly our client is looking for their very first Product Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be focused on delivering product excellence throughout the 55 person strong Product Team, breaking down cross-departmental borders and building structure and efficiency throughout the team. Based in the heart of London, you will be joining one of Europe's fastest growing scale-ups and an ambitious, hard-working, collaborative team. The Role: The Product Operations Manager will be a natural leader, well-versed in bringing together Product Teams and cross-departmental stakeholders. Duties will include (but not limited to): Building efficiencies throughout the Product Team Ensure alignment between all business stakeholders on key objectives for Product. Supporting the team from inception of product to execution and release Supporting Product Managers with go-to-market strategy and rollout Enable cross-functional collaboration in order to generate and promote Product ideas from around the business. Own responsibility for prioritisation of the combined Product backlog, working with the team to help facilitate regular updates. Manage both the Major and Minor Product release process, communicating it effectively. Monitor the entire product delivery life-cycle, striving to build in continuous feedback loops Own and coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual planning.
