Overview

Our client is a FTSE listed, data and information services company. It is looking to recruit a new leadership role, the Head of Marketing Product Delivery. As part of a radical, marketing transformation programme the business is forming a new marketing and automation team. This newly created role will be a key leadership role in the marketing performance and automation team and will report directly to the VP. This role will be the conduit between Marketing and Product and will be instrumental to the design and size of the Marketing Product roadmap. This will include but not be limited to: Leading the product elements of the UX and CX Defining ways of working effectively with product, brands, design and content Ensuring joined up approaches to enhancing/delivering Marketing product e.g. ensuring tracking specs meet requirements and can be implemented by the development team, CX and performance focus on Marketing products Implementing and champion a derivative of the AGILE methodology Ownership of the marketing website, landing page, and app performance including front development Defining (in partnership with MPA SMEs requirements for external product builds) Business Analysis and Solution Design As part of the Marketing team, your key responsibilities will include: Delivering Marketing products on budget and on time Leadership of the following areas within MPA (UX, CX, FE Development, Web Analytics engineers.) Budgetary management of relevant area, highlighting any spikes where we have to resource up Point of hand-off to the central product team Ownership of Marketing product roadmap, and on-going prioritisation in line with team objectives Lead Marketing product planning sessions Working with leadership groups to develop templated briefs/requirements documents Lead daily MPA stand-ups, sprint planning and showcases
