This is a four month fixed term contract. Job Purpose This role supports the Chief Brand Officer in helping to shape the overall REED brand proposition and its implementation across the organisation (people, communications, products/services, environments) Key responsibilities To support the development / evolution of the brand strategic framework (e.g. positioning, experience principles, brand architecture, brand messaging) Ensure the brand is understood by our people and that it is expressed in a distinctive and consistent manner across all touch-points (Communications; Behaviours; Products and Services; Environments) Lead key brand creative initiatives such as the development of a new visual and verbal identity system and new brand advertising campaign To support on the development of a brand evaluation programme to ensure optimal measurement and ongoing effectiveness of brand activity Be the voice of the customer and ensure insight is a fundamental component driving all initiatives forward Play an active influencing role and provide brand consultancy as appropriate to other parts of the organisation With the support of a Brand executive, manage and maintain workflow, approval processes, timing plans and budget management to ensure effective use of REED resources Keep up to date with brand and marketing related activity in the sector and generally maintain a strong external orientation Person Profile Strong track record, and passion for, helping to shape successful brands A strategic thinker with experience of successfully influencing strategic brand development in complex stakeholder environments Track record of developing and delivering successful brand advertising campaigns Experience of creating and implementing visual and verbal identity systems Experience of embedding brand across all touch-points e.g. people/behaviours; products/services; environments and communications Strong creative credentials Highly analytical Results driven and commercially aware Strong communication skills including the ability to influence at all levels Project leadership and co-ordination skills Join REED - Improving Lives Through Work Proud winners of: 1 Recruitment Agency - Glassdoor Best Places To Work 2019 & 2020 Glassdoor Top CEOs 2019 The JobCrowd Top Companies For Graduates To Work For 2018/19 Our Values, Your Values; Our Future, Your Future All job offers are subject to satisfactory references and compliance with vetting requirements applicable to the job role.
