Overview
A highly progressive firm with major plans for continued development is now looking for a Bids Executive to join the Marketing and Business Development team. Now is the perfect time to join this particular firm as they are still in the incremental stages of development with the ability to compete with major practises across the South West. This role is based out of the firm’s pristine Exeter offices. About the Role In this role you will predominantly working on existing and gaining new business through Framework Agreements and will be working closely with the Business Development and Bids Manager. You will be managing all stages during Framework agreements and be developing new relationships with potential clients and existing tenders. This will require you to be confident in delivering information of the firm’s services portfolio. Key Duties You will be maintaining and organising the firms portfolio of existing Frameworks Developing key relationships through presentations, constant contact and marketing materials Working closely with the entire Marketing and Business Development team, as well as liaising with Fee Earners and understanding their needs Maintaining an efficient pipeline of all Frameworks Supporting and creating tender responses, tender presentations and assisting the Bids team when required About you Degree education or degree equivalent Proficient in IT software’s such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel Knowledge of SharePoint, InDesign and other design software’s is desirable Project Management qualifications, again desirable along with an APMP Foundation Certification (or equivalent). Experience within a similar based role is essential along with Business Development skills What are the benefits?
