Based in central London, we’re growing by 50% every year, with ambitions to become market leading and expand our reach. Our marketing team sits at the core of the business, with our B2B, lead generation and brand functions playing a pivotal role in connecting us with leading employers. We’re looking for a new Marketing Manager with experience in lead generation and brand development to drive us forward. The role Role overview The person in this role will build out our marketing function, working closely with the commercial and B2C communication teams to elevate our brand, develop our messaging to our 250 clients and drive new business leads for the commercial team. The key responsibilities: Take ownership of the strategic direction of our B2B and lead generation function, managing the budget, deciding on what channels we utilise and deciding on how best to achieve our goals Effectively communicate our offering with a wide range of sectors and audiences, delivering on brand messaging to stakeholders Develop strategies to optimise retention and growth with existing clients Set up marketing campaigns to reach new companies and sectors with the goal of increasing our lead generation Work with the commercial team to best utilise data to set up targeted conversion funnels and messaging Manage a Marketing Executive focused on lead generation and B2B communications Be responsible for our brand development and working with all marketing functions to ensure quality and consistency Create and design all collateral with our graphic designers to give the commercial team and wider business everything they need to communicate our offering Understand competitive landscape and develop disruptive campaigns to stand out in the market Reporting on campaign performance and using findings to improve future campaigns Role Requirements Essential: At least three years of work experience in a marketing role Proven track record in developing and implementing an effective marketing strategy A track record of achieving targets relating to generation of leads and brand awareness Understand the effective use of different marketing channels across different customer segments Experience building and developing a brand Ability to create engaging content for emails, presentations and collateral Experience in creating fully tracked digital campaigns and analysis of their effectiveness Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience working in a fast-paced environment Desired: Experience in implementing search strategy Experience using reporting tools, such as Google Analytics and Tableau Compensation & Benefits Compensation Salary: Highly competitive Benefits High-growth, entrepreneurial environment, led by the business founder Exposure to all areas of the business, with opportunity to undertake business-wide projects Career progression with associated pay increases and opportunities to be on the employee share scheme Budget for your learning and development Unlimited holiday Working remotely/flexible working Employee Assistance Programme Open plan Liverpool Street office, with snacks and a beer tap Regular team socials, including dinners, poker club, adventure days and the annual full team off-site Team drinks every Friday Our ethos Bright Network works with our network of 250,000 recent graduates and undergraduates to connect them to the advice and opportunities they need to get ahead.
