We’re searching for an Insight Director to join a fantastic Company, driven to improve their clients strategy by guiding them with effective, data driven solutions. As Insight Director, you’ll have the opportunity to develop agenda for an impressive client base, ensuring the company delivers a superior service that provides actionable information to clients. Creating effective and solution-focused account plans that your on-site team can deliver for a variety of leading retail clients, this is a role with a rewarding level of responsibility and the perfect position for an effective leader and solutions-oriented professional. Key Responsibilities Manage the creation of client account plans Deliver insights and solutions to clients that they can easily understand and act upon Build long-term relationships with clients, that will provide sustainable growth and revenue for the business Ensure you and your team are knowledgeable to offer a consultative delivery of accounts to clients Nurture creativity within the business to continually develop innovative client solutions Be accountable for client profits and losses Lead your team collaboratively, motivating them and offering coaching where appropriate Skills and Experience: Demonstrated breadth of industry knowledge and relates key trends to impact on clients Builds effective long-lasting relationships Demonstrates sound judgement and is solutions focused Effective manager of people Strong understanding of client issues and organisations Passionate about translating data into actionable insights Willing to travel between clients in London and the midlands The role offers a competitive salary as well as a £5550 car allowance.
