Overview

A leading Finance organisation based in Central London are looking to recruit a 'Digital Marketing Manager'. The role is paying up to £45K plus bonus and is on a permanent contract. You will ideally speak English and either German, Italian or Spanish. Main Activities and Responsibilities: Working closely with the Head of Marketing to execute day to day marketing tasks and projects e.g. working on CRM, digital marketing platforms, media buying, market research KPI driven with lead generation mindset. Working towards monthly, quarterly and annual targets Help create best practice processes for all digital and offline marketing channels including planning, execution and tracking. Data driven mind set with A/B testing and optimisation skills. Able to use third party data analysis tools Pro-actively recommending new solutions to improve the performance of online campaigns, making data-driven recommendations to improve and scale performance Utilise key marketing-channels in each market, including but not limited to PPC, SEO, social media, content marketing, PR, emailing and offline marketing campaigns including event management & organisation (You’ll be working closely with the Head of Marketing) Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features) Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness Skills in marketing automations i.e. Hubspot would be a plus Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in a Digital Marketing role Extremely detail orientated Proven track history on digital marketing campaigns with lead generation mindset and data driven skills Able to do A/B testing, optimisation and running campaigns on PPC, display marketing, social media Languages: English any of these languages German/Spanish/Italian This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading organisation with excellent career prospects and generous staff benefits.
