Overview

Head of Digital - Brand - London £50,000 - £55,000 Our client is a fast growing e-commerce beauty brand currently working across the UK and USA. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Digital to join their team based in North London. Reporting into the CEO, you will have full responsibility for campaign strategy within Paid Social, Paid Search & Display predominantly. This role is for someone who can drive aggressive growth through leadership and expert level Performance Marketing knowledge. The role will involve Developing digital marketing strategies to raise brand awareness and drive sales Developing and implementing a promotional/marketing plan. Analysing campaign metrics, taking action to reach optimum performance Developing the website and owning the ecommerce development plan Objectives of this Role Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics Partner with email, performance marketing and web teams to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics. Owning the Ecommerce P&L Providing weekly forecasts using sales history, current trading patterns and company strategy re forecasting when required Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Set marketing goals and objectives Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy Contribute to the overall growth of the company Review and manage content marketing strategy Determine KPIs for marketing department Keep the marketing budget in check Track KPIs on a regular basis and present reports Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy from the ground up Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions Stay up to date with the latest technology Stay up to date with the latest best practices Attend marketing conferences and educational program Design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience with marketing automation and CRM tool 3-5 years experience in marketing Being customer-centric Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc. In-depth knowledge of big data analysis Regularly produce and present reports Excellent organisational and time management skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent presentation skills MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field For further assistance, please review my profile on LinkedIn and connect with me: Search for "Conor Ryan" - To apply for this fantastic opportunity or for further information, please contact: Conor Ryan | DD: 44| - Please note all applications will be made in confidence.
