We are looking for an experienced Membership Officer who can hit the ground running to join our busy and friendly team, covering a period of maternity leave. The Role As a Membership Officer, you will help to deliver an exceptional service to our 600 members, supporting them to succeed through these difficult times and beyond. Your duties will include: - Co-ordinating services and support - Ensuring high levels of member engagement and retention - Co-ordinating the delivery of peer to peer learning and other member events - Maintaining up-to-date member information - Using data to inform our services About You To join us as a Membership Officer, you will need: - A successful track record of working in a membership or marketing team with significant input into membership retention and meeting goals - Experience of organising the delivery of programme and member events - Previous experience of using CRM databases and other digital tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills We would like to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Membership Executive, Marketing Executive, Marketing Officer, Membership Relations Executive, Membership Services Executive, Marketing Co-ordinator, or Membership Development Executive.
