Membership Manager Fun, lively and friendly environment. Stunning Chelsea Complex. 30K+ bonus - You will be working 5 days from 7 with shifts. 3 weekends per month High end, luxury private members club, highly successful internationally. This club specialises in the family market. This role will be to Manage the membership activities and processes within the club including co-ordination and collection of membership fees, looking at membership retention and marketing as well as new business activities. In this role, you will be able to drive the event business in the club through your relationships with the members. As Manager, you will work closely with the reception team to ensure a first class and warm environment is created at all times. In addition, you will be the focal point of member queries and be able to respond to queries and problems that arise in a mature and calm manner. In this role, you will be very much 'front of house' and based on the concierge desk to engage our membership daily Day to day you will ensure we provide an engaged, smooth and efficient membership experience at all times Ensure a visible, professional and five-star image is displayed at all times.
