Job description: Working for a well known household brand, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager paying £47,000 permanent plus excellent benefits based in Reading. About the role: You will have strong above the line marketing background and ability to focus on behavioural change to improve customer experience and help meet business targets. Must have a strong creative passion for everything marketing and be customer-focused with strong experience in delivering successful, effective multi-channel campaigns. Key Accountabilities: •Support execution and delivery of the marketing strategies on our behavioural change customer marketing programmes. •Manage all aspects of the programme including briefing and working closely with the creative agency; media agency; internal brand and design team; digital team; suppliers; internal stakeholders and customers. •Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure all campaigns are aligned and integrated, overlapping messages where appropriate and leveraging other initiatives, projects and channels to maximise impact and provide great results in the most cost-efficient way. •Ensure all marketing decisions are based on insight and aim to deliver a customer and/or business need. •Measure and report programme outcomes to ensure value for money and inform future marketing activity. Key skills •Must be a creative marketing professional with 3-5 years marketing client/agency side. •Must have above the line campaigns background and passionate about understand customers. •Ability to influence senior managers and stakeholders •Awareness and understanding of company issues and ability to work a number of campaigns at one time.
