Overview

We are working with a high profile retail brand to bring on board an established CRM Coordinator on a contract basis to lead the development of a data-driven approach both here in the UK and to support the US digital team. Seeking a professional who will work collaboratively with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to deliver on both global initiatives as well as use data driven market insights to inform local and regional strategies, this person will ideally have both strong technical and strategic nous, a results driven approach and a proven track record in driving successful multichannel CRM strategies. We are looking for a data focused, dynamic and personable candidate with proven credentials who will be excited to join a business during a time of continued digital transformation. Responsibilities: Optimise database fields and email segmentation plans Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams Create wider CRM and acquisition strategies Monitor and report on database activity to drive contract strategy Drive improvements to email processes to increase conversion Supply segmentation and audience insights to the digital and content teams to optimise activities Ensuring all email communications are on brand and adhering to database regulations both within the UK and globally Manage digital calendar for upcoming emails Suited to somebody who: Well versed in CRM program implementation Experience in working to analytics packages (Google Analytics) Proven track record in managing email programmes and optimisation Works collaboratively across multichannel teams Excellent communication skills Creative and forward thinking If the above sounds like you and you're someone who can hit the ground running with a fast paced retail business then do not hesitate and send your CV to today to be considered.
