Head of Consulting London £100,000 - £110,000 benefits A fantastic opportunity to work with a global analytics consultancy as a Head of Consulting, whereby you will be responsible for leading new business pitches, as well as supporting with developing complex solutions and ensuring the delivery of media solutions. If you have an agency side background within the performance marketing space and have worked your way up to Account or Client Services Director level, ideally overseeing Attribution projects, then I would love to hear from you THE COMPANY The consultancy specialises in designing and delivering clients' digital solutions across web analytics, UX, product and media on a global scale. They work with leading brands across retail, travel, eCommerce and automotive industries and to ensure all media activity is increasing ROI as well as their ability to acquire and retain consumers. THE ROLE As a Head of Consulting you will report directly to the CTO and be the technical point of contact to understand high value client needs in prospective business pitches as well as within current account meetings. As such, the successful candidate will lead pitches, understand client's challenges and sign off complex solutions relative to that. As such, you will be required to understand and up-sell the benefits of the solution in a technical capacity, which can vary dependent on the client's needs'. To verify the success of a clients' digital marketing activity, the solutions can range from attribution or market mix modelling, audience analytics, CLV or CRO. To execute this mission, you will have a large team sitting at multiple levels within the business who will deliver and oversee these projects. This person will spend a substantial amount of time as follows: Conducting new business pitches and having regular check in calls with clients Liaising with clients directly to understand their current challenges with their digital marketing activity Identify and communicate a way in which your team will assess how to improve this in a data driven capacity, as well as portray the commercial benefits of doing so Map out technical projects analysing the performance of Digital Media through a variety of techniques such as creating dashboards, assessing CRO, Attribution Analysis and GA 360 implementation Ensure such solution is in line with the budget and resources allocated YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: The successful Head of Consulting will have: An undergraduate degree, ideally from a Russell Group University Proven experience within Paid Media and Programmatic strategy and optimisation, ideally with a background utilising the platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager, DV360 or The Trade Desk Strong grounding within analytics, both academically and commercially, with exposure to attribution and dashboards such as Google Data Studio Worked with Top Tier clients to develop global digital strategy and successful analytics projects, as well as managed budget and forecasting Led and developed a large team Operated in a highly organised and efficient manner THE BENEFITS £100,000 - £110,000 plus benefits Work for a reputable company with industry experts HOW TO APPLY Please register your interest by sending your CV to Francesca Harris via the Apply link on this page.
