Overview
What you’ll do Help support the delivery of our overall marketing objectives Compile internal and external information into standardised formats and databases for all stakeholders Work with the delivery team to produce briefings, reports, production plans, project trackers, workflows, and presentations Assist in maintaining relationships with agencies, partners, and suppliers, focusing on vendor management, vetting, contracting, sourcing, procurement, and requisitions Organise, manage, and track all tests run within the marketing department Provide cross-functional communications and updates (such as competitor research) to internal and external stakeholders Provide quality control for third-party vendor services Maintain and consolidate project management platforms (mainly, Slack, G Suite); Maintain and report on marketing budgets, and provide detailed forecasts Coordinate between B2C, B2B, Analytics, and Finance team What you’ll need At least 1-2 years of operational team management experience Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment An in-depth understanding of complex communication processes Proven track record of effective strategy management Proficiency in Microsoft, G Suite, and Excel Excellent organisational and communication skills Great attention to detail An outcome/target driven approach Resiliency, even in high-stress environments An ability to understand, propose, and implement high-level goals Commercial awareness and business aptitude Strong results orientation and entrepreneurial spirit – reed.co.uk is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, meaning each employee will be given responsibility and autonomy.
