Overview

Robert Walters are currently working with a market leading business in Milton Keynes for the recruitment of a Marketing Executive. The Main focus of the role will be to define, deliver and performance manage all the middle and bottom and of the funnel lead generation. Purpose of the role: Manage and own end-to-end middle and bottom of Marketing funnel (convert) lead generation process, including its performance. Responsible for driving unqualified leads (passed over by top of the funnel) through funnel, nurturing prospects into qualified marketing qualified leads. Plan, define and deliver the convert B2B marketing lead generation activity calendar and its ongoing managements, aligned to B2B marketing plan and commercial needs of the business. Manage the day to day budget and reporting (in line with Marketing KPIs and the business's commercial focus) for all top of the funnel (attract) lead generation activity. Manage the key conversion points in the work-flows, including forms, landing pages, websites and email templates. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead. Collaborate with the wider B2B team to continually measure performance of our digital assets within the organisation. Skill Sets and Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience working within a digital marketing in a B2B environment. Knowledge of campaigns, SEO, Content, Social or Automation. Excellent communication skills - able to build excellent working relationships, internal and externally. Driven and Passionate Excellent Team Player and able to multitask and support in various areas
