Business Development Director Marketing Services Agency £60,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable) Benefits and Bonus Milton Keynes / London (with work from home ) Leading international marketing, events, travel and incentives company are looking for a dynamic Business Development Director to lead their business development team and take the lead on new client acquisition. As well as actively developing new business, selling the company’s capability you will be responsible for meeting budgeted GP targets, individual mentoring and performance and managing the prospect pipeline. You will be working with one of the market leaders whose ambitious grow plans have seen consistent business growth in the recent years. You will have the chance to join a very dynamic and driven senior management team. You should be an experienced Business Development Director with 5 years agency experience in marketing services, digital marketing or ecommerce solutions. You should be able to demonstrate significant experience and a proven track record in business development and business wins. Proven track record in managing a team of executives within an agency environment and demonstrable success and achievement. This role will suit someone who has worked for a similar agency and is driven by success, who thrives on client development someone who wants to develop their career and develop other people. Excellent Basic Salary upto £70,000 excellent benefits package and performance bonus scheme
