MARKETING ANALYST KINGSTON (LONDON) £50,000 - £55,000 You will work for a leading online Ecommerce company that sells a range of products including Wifi. If you have a technical background using SQL and subscriptions, you could be a great fit for the role. THE COMPANY They use innovative technology and analytics to help them improve customer understanding and relationships. The company has a very flat structure and you will receive complete ownership over projects in the marketing space. They organise lots of social and offer flexible working opportunities. THE ROLE An essential element of your role is to conduct key analysis to help shape the company's campaign and marketing strategy. Conducting in-depth analysis using SQL to gain customer insight and then utilizing this information to drive campaign development Optimising customer targeting strategies Working on specific customer segmentation projects Optimising the company's marketing spend through channel analysis Customer journey analysis - Identifying what points in the journey customers are churning Having a clear scope to use your own expertise to come up with innovative solutions to solve potential problems on the data that is gathered Communicating key insights to stakeholders and teams from a non-technical background YOU DON'T HAVE TO TICK EVERY BOX BUT EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING IS DESIRED 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university Proficient in SQL, SAS, R or Python having utilised it in a commercial role previously Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight, customer loyalty, and marketing data Using insights to help businesses better understand the customer lifecycle and how they can use insights to optimise their marketing focus.
