Role Description As Internal Communications Manager you will create a consistent and planned approach to all internal communications across the firm. Your key focus will be to demonstrate the firms commitment to keeping people internally informed, updated, sharing knowledge and news to improve engagement. You will partner with HR, Marketing and senior leadership advising colleagues, generating content for all channels of communication, central updates and surveys. You will identify and measure the effectiveness of our plans and identify improvements. Responsibilities Along with those responsibilities mentioned above you will: Develop and deliver internal communication plans Produce informative written, visual and digital content for a variety of different communication channels and media platforms across multiple offices Advise partnership on best channels to use when communicating with colleagues Manage 'The Hub' internal intranet and other internal digital channels Ensuring internal communication tools are used correctly Continuously improve internal communication channels and platforms Production and post-production of internal videos Requirements Qualification level - A levels but ideally degree qualified 3-5 years solid IC or PR/Marketing experience Interest in IC/EE Previous experience of using internal systems such as Yammer and SharePoint or similar is ideal. Strong written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills (E) Highly organised with strong attention to detail (E) Positive and proactive (E) Self-motivated but able to work as equally well in a team as independently (E) Experience with running webinars on Webex or able to independently learn (D) Copywriting experience (E) Internal video production and editing experience is preferred but not essential as long as willing to learn independently (D) Design experience (Adobe Photoshop / InDesign or similar) (D) Being flexible and creative (E) Project management experience (D) Able to prioritise projects and tasks (E) Completer / finisher (E) RECRUITMENT AGENCIES Kreston Reeves will not accept CVs unless The Recruitment Team has instructed you to work on a position.
